Simon Ventures will consistently maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout the entire transaction and will conduct business with the highest degree of integrity and professionalism.
Operational Role
Simon Ventures will primarily participate in the operations of its portfolio companies from a board level. However, if necessary, members of the Simon Ventures' team will temporarily assume management positions until the appropriate personnel are hired on a full-time basis.
Services Provided
Simon Ventures will provide its portfolio companies with its experience, relationships, and capital. Specifically, the firm will assist management in the following areas: strategic planning, recruiting additional management, identifying and assisting in follow-on acquisitions, securing growth financing, and analyzing potential liquidity events.
