Prior to joining Simon Ventures on a full time basis, Mr. Simon served as summer associate for the firm. Previously, Mr. Simon was a financial analyst with Piper Jaffray's investment banking group. In this capacity, he provided quantitative and qualitative analysis for a broad range of investment banking activities, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity offerings, and valuations. At Piper Jaffray, Mr. Simon completed transactions in technology, manufacturing, consumer, and healthcare industries. Mr. Simon is a graduate of the University of Colorado and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
